1. [0:00] Last week, it was stated that only the government has the right to implement legal punishments (حدود), and the general public has no involvement in this matter. Can you please provide the source for this claim?
پچھلے ہفتے جو اقامت حدود کا بیان کیا گیا تھا کہ یہ صرف حکومت وقت کا حق بنتا ہے اور عوام اس میں کوئی دخل نہیں رکھتے ، اس کا حوالہ کیا ہے؟

2. [7:06] Is there a hadith which states that those who die on a Friday are spared from the torment of the grave?
جمعے کے دن انتقال کا احادیث میں آیا ہے کہ ایسے شخص پر قبر کا عذاب معاف کر دیا جاتا ہے ، کیا یہ درست ہے؟

3. [9:11] A Shia man has taken a second Shia wife and is now neglecting the rights of his first wife, who is a Sunni. Is the first wife entitled to seek khula in this case?
شیعہ شوہر اپنی سنی بیوی کے حق پورے نہیں کر رہا کیونکہ اس نے دوسری شادی ایک شیعہ خاتون سے کہ یے ، تو پہلی بیوی اس سے کیا خلع لے سکتی ہے؟

4. [14:03] What were the supplications that our beloved Prophet of Allah صلي الله عليه و سلم recited in the time leading up to his passing?
حضور اقدس صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم وفات سے پہلے کیا دعائیں مانگتے رہے؟

5. [15:30] A theft occurred in the warehouse, despite having a watchman. When asked, he claimed to have stayed awake all night but was unaware of the theft. After investigation, it was discovered that the thieves entered by jumping from the roof of a neighboring warehouse and escaped with valuable items. We told the watchman that if he cannot cover the full loss, he should at least bear half of it. He replied that he is willing to pay if Shariah requires it. What is the guidance in this situation?
گودام میں چوری ہوئی ، چوکیدار بھی رکھا ہوا تھا ، اس سے پوچھا گیا تو اس نے کہا کہ میں تو رات جاگتا رہا پر معلوم نہیں ہو سکا ، تحقیق ہوئی تو معلوم ہوا کی چور ساتھ والے گودام کی چھت سے کودے تھے اور پھر قیمتی سامان لے کر اسی راستے سے فرار ہو گئے ، ہم نے چوکیدار سے کہا کہ تم اگر پورا نقصان نہیں بھرتے تو آدھا تو اٹھاو ، وہ کہتا ہے کہ اگر شریعت مجھے حکم دیتی ہے تو میں نقصان بھرنے کیلئے تیار ہوں ، اس معاملے میں رہنمائی فرمائیں۔

6. [16:51] While arguing with his wife, the husband stated that if he permitted her to visit her father's house from that day forward, he would cease to be a Muslim. Yet, a few days later, he took her to her father's home. Does this imply that he is no longer a Muslim?
بیوی کے ساتھ جگھڑتے ہوئے شوہر نے کہہ دیا کہ آج کے بعد اگر میں نے تمہیں باپ کے گھر جانے دیا تو میں مسلمان نہیں ہونگا ، پھر کچھ دن بعد وہ اپنی بیوی کو اس کے باپ کے گھر لے گیا ، تو کیا اب وہ مسلمان نہیں رہا؟

7. [18:11] In big markets, there are stalls placed outside the shops, and the shopkeepers collect rent for them. Is it allowed to charge rent for these stalls or carts by claiming it as their right, considering that the road or the area in front of the shop does not belong to them? Additionally, is it permissible to establish such stalls?
بڑی مارکیٹس میں دکانوں کے باہر سٹالس لگے ہوئے ہوتے ہیں ، دکاندار اس کا کرایا وصول کرتے ہیں ، سوال یہ ہے کہ کیا اپنے حق کی آڑ لیتے ہوئے سٹالس یا ٹھیلے کا کرایا لینا جائز ہے؟ در حالانکہ سڑک یا دکان کا باہر والا حصہ دکاندار کی ملکیت سے خارج ہے۔ دوسرا یہ کہ کیا ایسے سٹالس لگانا جائز ہے؟

8. [20:48] You are against being strict about prayer when it comes to raising children, suggesting in a lecture that they can learn it later in life. Meanwhile, some people have also relaxed their views on the hijab for girls, considering love and compassion for humanity to be more important than religious duties. My question is, how will the teachings in the Holy Quran and Hadith about a man's responsibilities toward his family and his concern for the Hereafter be addressed?
بچوں کی نماز کی سختی کی خلاف ہیں ، ایک درس میں یہ کہا گیا کہ بڑے ہو کر وہ پڑھ ہی لیں گے ، دوسری طرف اب کچھ لوگ بچیوں کے ستر کے معاملے میں نرم ہو گئے ہیں اور پیار انسانیت کو دین سے بالاتر سمجھتے ہیں ، پوچھنا یہ ہے کہ اس معاملے میں قرآن اور حدیث میں مرد پر اپنے خاندان کی آخرت کی ذمہ داری کا جو فرمان ہے ، تو اس کا کیا بنے گا؟
