I'm so excited to finally be able to do another healthy cooking video. I've been renovating our Travel Trailer for the last 6+ weeks during the COVID stay at home orders.It kept me busy so I've been able to keep my weight off. Next week will be 2 years since I made my goal weight at WW. I've lost 80 pounds (10 pounds under goal) and keeping it off by making better food choices. Yes, it's a "lifestyle" not a diet! I hope you enjoy this recipe. It's only 4 WW points per serving, on all three WW color plans. Easy to make and even easier if you use an Air Fryer oven like I did. You can still make this with a regular oven but it takes twice as long to bake. I've included instructions on the printable recipe for Air Fry and Oven baking times and temperatures.
