I tried making a healthier version of Chick-fil-A’s Frosted Lemonade—I made TWO versions: classic homemade ice cream, and a healthier “nice cream” option! FROM THE ORIGINAL VIDEO @Lindsay Keosayian 🍋🍦

1️⃣ Homemade Ice Cream

Here’s what you’ll need to make ice cream from scratch:

• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• 3/4 to 1 cup granulated sugar (adjust for sweetness)
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions: Combine these ingredients in a small Ziploc bag. Now, grab a larger, gallon-sized Ziploc bag Fill the larger bag with ice and ice cream salt (found in most grocery stores’ salt aisle). Place the cream mixture bag into the bag with ice and salt, ensuring the smaller bag is sealed tightly. Shake vigorously for 10-15 minutes until you reach your desired ice cream texture.

2️⃣ Chick-fil-A Frosted Lemonade Replica (Rating: 10/10)

use either your homemade ice cream or store-bought vanilla ice cream:

• Vanilla ice cream
• 4 tbsp lemon juice
• Sugar to taste
• A splash of heavy whipping cream
• A little whole milk
• Vanilla flavor

3️⃣ Healthy “Nice Cream” Frosted Lemonade (Rating: 5/10 for flavor, but a healthy option!)

Freeze 2-3 ripe bananas overnight (or at least 2-3 hours). In a food processor, combine:

• Frozen bananas
• Honey (for sweetness)
• Vanilla extract
• A splash of almond milk
• 4 tbsp lemon juice
