Resep Nasi Telur Hong Kong (untuk 2 porsi)

Bahan:
8 pcs udang, kupas sisa buntut
3 butir telur
⅓ sdt kaldu jamur / penyedap
⅛ sdt merica
1 batang daun bawang cung

Bahan saus soy garlic:
50 ml air
1 sdt minyak wijen
1 sdt kecap maggi
½ sdm kecap manis
1 sdm saus tiram
3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
1 sdm minyak

Pelengkap:
Nasi putih

Langkah:
1. Di dalam mangkuk, campurkan saus tiram, kecap manis, kecap maggi, minyak wijen, dan air, aduk rata
2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih beberapa saat hingga sedikit kecokelatan lalu campurkan ke dalam saus, aduk rata
3. Iris daun bawang cung kemudian di dalam mangkuk, campurkan telur, kaldu jamur, merica, dan daun bawang, kocok lepas
4. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis udang di api besar beberapa saat lalu masukkan telur. Matikan api, aduk perlahan hingga setengah matang
5. Susun nasi, tuang telur di atas nasi kemudian siram dengan saus
6. Nasi telur hongkong siap disajikan

Hong Kong Egg Rice (yield 2 servings)

Ingredients:
8 pc shrimp, peeled with the tail intact
3 pc egg
⅓ tsp mushroom stock powder / MSG
⅛ tsp pepper
1 pc spring onion

Soy Garlic Sauce ingredients:
50 ml water
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp maggi sauce
½ tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tbsp oil

Others:
Rice

Steps:
1. In a bowl, mix oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, maggi sauce, sesame oil, and water.
2. Heat the oil. Sauté the garlic until yellowed, then add into the sauce. Mix well.
3. Slice the spring onions. In a bowl, combine eggs, mushroom powder, pepper, and spring onions. Lightly beat the eggs.
4. Heat some oil. Stir-fry the shrimp on high heat for a moment, then add the eggs. Turn the heat off. Stir slowly until the eggs are half-cooked.
5. Plate the rice and pour the Egg on top of the rice. Pour the Sauce on top.
6. Hong Kong Egg Rice is ready to serve.
