This is a Level 2 Classic Pilates Workout. We will follow the exact order of traditional Pilates exercises that Joseph Pilates wrote about in his book Return to Life.

The traditional Pilates mat class is a set of 34 exercises and this workout shows variations to some of the advanced level exercises, making this a beginning to intermediate level Pilates class.

In this 35 minute workout we will strengthen and stretch the body so you leave the Pilates routine feeling engaged into your body, at peace in the mind and with uplifted spirits.
