Trapezius is more than just the bunch of muscle on top of the shoulders! This video is about the broad structure of the trapezius, along with its broad implications for headache and shoulder pain. We review the anatomy, do some palpation on a client, and then go through a lengthy demo. Inferior, middle, and superior trapezius are discussed, along with some strategies for supine work.
