Taco Revolution - Season 1 Food Truck Episode 10

Hi, I'm Mali and today I drive to Cedar Farmers Market to a Mexican Food Truck, Taco Revolution, to try corn tacos with pork belly which is crispy fried and topped with diced onion and cilantro as well as the Tropical Revolution which is yummy and my new favourite as it is topped with coconut :)

I appreciated the choice in spice level, you could get light, medium, Canadian spicy or Mexican spicy for heat level. Can you guess which one I chose?

P.J. the food truck owner and his sister-in-law Janelle were lovely hosts! At Taco Revolution, everything they serve is handmade from scratch, where you find in-house passion and a dedication to deliciousness and authenticity.
