Urban Forest Master Plan Presentation

The City is currently developing the Urban Forest Master Plan. The Urban Forest Master Plan will establish goals specific to the community and outline actionable steps to ensure proper tree management, including preservation, plantings, removals and maintenance, as well as help reduce costs to tax payers and minimize infrastructure conflicts. To gather citizen input, a survey to help identify the community’s values and priorities in regards to trees is available online at Talgov.com/TallyTrees. The survey will be available until mid-April 2018.

In March, two public meetings to gather citizen input were held. This video shows the short presentation on relevant data that was presented at each meeting.
