Other than a slight delay in boarding due to the aircraft coming in a little late, the flight was enjoyable. Flight crew was amazing and they were very attentive to the passengers. I also don't like that you can't preorder your food if you're flying on the 321NEO. We also had the same menu options as our flight to Lihu'e a week earlier (a meat and cheese platter, chicken curry or spinach ravioli).

After flying the 321NEO from Seattle to Lihu'e and then Los Angeles to Seattle, I have to say that I am not a fan of the first class seats in this aircraft. If the seat in front of you reclines, it is very hard to squeeze out of the window seat due to the armrest. While Seats 5A & B are nice because there is a wall behind you, that is the forward economy lavatory. Even with headphones on, you can hear the toilet flush every time someone used it. But for a short West Coast hop, the NEO was tolerable.
