Pamela Colman Smith: "THE UNTOLD STORY" (Jamaica, Anansi 🕷 and the Tarot) 🇯🇲 🇬🇧 🇺🇸

Whilst Pamela Colman Smith is most famous for her illustrations in the Rider Waite Smith Tarot deck, she was also a prodigious stage and costume designer, folklorist, poet, illustrator and women’s rights activist, being a figure in the suffragette movement. She is credited as the first person to publish Jamaican Patwa (Patois) in written form, as well as illustrating the first known depictions of the Jamaican (African & Caribbean) trickster figure 🕷Anansi🕷 the spider man. This video is a brief overview of the book "Pamela Colman Smith, the untold story", published by US Games Systems.
