Guest Bio:

John K. Hearrell, Vice President of Membership & Affiliate Programs for NASE.

John has been affiliated with the National Association for the Self-Employed since 1990. He is responsible for member benefit procurement, benefit compliance, partner marketing, website analytics, and leads marketing.

Prior to joining NASE, he Developed sales initiatives for 2,500 health and life insurance agents for the Agency Marketing Group. He implemented target marketing and customer service initiatives to support field agents and field leaders.

John oversaw all marketing and lead development for a U.S. insurance provider with $2 billion in annualized premiums. Produced over two million leads per year through various channels including but not limited to internet advertising, direct mail, TV, radio, publications, and inbound/outbound telemarketing. He still supports lead development, but on a much smaller scale.

John has been married for over thirty years and has two adult children. He is an avid Scuba Diver and holds a Dive Master certification. On weekends you’ll find him playing a round of golf in North Texas.
