Sphere of influence is a term you're bound to hear and see when frequently when you're in real estate but, what exactly does sphere of influence mean? It's important to define it because your sphere of influence is a very important piece of growing your real estate business.

According to the National Association of REALTORS® 64% of all sellers worked with their previous agent or found their agent by referral AND 89% of buyers said they would work with their agent again or recommend them to others. Your sphere of influence is the holy grail of your business. If there's one thing you do for your real estate business it should be working your sphere consistently and with great care. It will reward you with business forever if you invest the time and nurturing it takes to maintain your relationships.

In this video, I'm sharing how I define my sphere of influence and what 3 QUALIFICATIONS must be met in order for someone to be considered a part of my sphere.
