CIRCULAR

(Only for Schools in Respect of Regular Students)

Subject: Online submission of Ust of Candidates for Classes X & XII, Supplementary Examination 2025 for-

(A) compartment (1st chance) for Candidates appeared for 1" time in Class X/XII (8) their result is Compartment.

(B) Improvement of Performance (candidates Passed after replacement of subject(s) in Main Examinations 2025)

(C) (a) improvement of Performance in 01 subject in class XII (subject to the condition of valid combination of subjects as per date sheet) who passed in main examinations 2025 and in the subjects whose list is annexed as Annexure-5 (A).

(b) Improvement of Performance upto 02 subjects in class X (subject to the condition of valld combination of subjects as per date sheet). Subjects list is annexed as Annexure-5 (8)

(D) Compartment (3rd chance) students (who appeared in class X/XII for 1st time In exam-2024) can appear only as Private candidata. (A separate circular for Private candidates has also been issued and is available on chse website www.cbse.gov.in

(E) All candidates of class X who wish to change their subject from Mathematics (Standard) subject code 041 to Mathematics (Basic) subject code 241 and vice versa.

As the Board has declared the results of both Class X & Class XII, the process for submission of LOC for Supplementary Examination, both for Class X and Class XII, for session 2024-25 shall start w.e.f. 30.05.2025 (Friday). The submission of LOC is to be done through the PARIKSHA SANGAM link provided on CBSE Website

https://cbse.gov.in. Only those students whose name is submitted through the online process shall be allowed to appear for Supplementary Examinations, 2025. The schools will have to use their Affiliation Number as a user ID and the password already available with them for login to the system for submission of LOC. The following important Information may be read and understood carefully:-

(1) Please note for compliance-

(a)

Students who have appeared for the board's examinations for session 2024-25 as regular students from cose affiliated schools and whose result has been declared as 'compartment should approach the school from which they have appeared in 2025 main examinations for sponsoring of their name for supplementary examinations.

(b) Similarly, the schools shall also contact their students placed in the Compartment category and inform them about their candidature for the supplementary examinations.

(c)

Also, the schools shall inform their candidates if declared pass but wish to Improve their performances in the 02 subjects in Class X (subject to the condition of a valid combination of subjects as per date sheet) and 01 subject in Class XII (Only for candidates who passed in the 2025 Main exams and in the subjects whose list is enclosed in Annexure-5 (A) & 5 (B)

(d) schools should submit LOC for all the students placed in the Compartment category, even if they are unable to contact the students. Non-submission of the name of the student will cease the opportunity to appear in the supplementary examinations.

(e) It will be the responsibility of the schools to submit LOC within the stipulated schedule.

No request for an extension of the date due to any reason accepting any candidature after the last date is over will be considered.

(2) The schools shall submit the names of the students in the los for supplementary examinations-2025 as per the conditions of eligibility given in annexure-i.
