Natasha Smith: Service user, Doula and founder of the women’s health & maternal well-being initiative
Natasha is a Doula, Breastfeeding Peer Supporter, and Holistic Therapist. She runs various workshops on holistic health and well-being, birth preparation, peer support/doulaing, as well as anti-racism and cultural safety.

Marian Knight is Professor of Maternal and Child Population Health at the National Perinatal Epidemiology Unit, University of Oxford, UK and an NIHR Senior Investigator.
Her research focuses on using national observational studies to address clinical questions concerning severe complications of pregnancy and early life. She has led the MBRRACE-UK national Confidential Enquiries into Maternal Deaths and morbidity since 2012.

Gloria Rowland was first trained as a registered nurse and midwife in Nigeria before relocating to the United Kingdom. She has a strong passion for change, innovation and transformation of health services.
Gloria is the first Black African Director of Midwifery in the history of maternity services in the UK. She leads the BAME Maternity Leaders COVID-19 Response Team. Recently appointed to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) National Advisor Group in response to COVID-19 pandemic.
