Tonight I'm going to talk with Rocko Fowler : Hello everyone my name is Rocko Dillon Fowler I currently live in the state of Missouri where I was also in foster care as a child and put through what I like to call inhumane Acts towards young children I remember being restrained I remember being put in a room dark locked in the room for hours at a time I also remember having to take handfuls of medication and I would never be told what the medication was I was also put through child labor such as pushing wheelbarrows of rocks for cursing I believe that the foster care system is just using us is what I like to call Foster credits I have much more to say but I really don't know how to say it because of the pain as well as the PTSD as well as the Stockholm syndrome as well as the anxiety and being a targeted individual because I'm speaking out about things that they do not want anyone to know this is my bio and I hope you have a great day.
