Introducing you all to a one-its-kind executive lounge equipped with airport-like facilities which has been opened at Chennai Central, officially Puratchi Thalaivar Dr MG Ramachandran Central Railway Station.

Located near platform number 6, the lounge accommodates 180 passengers at a time and houses 112 single sofas and 10 recliners with 18 single sleeping pods and 4 double sleeping pods, catering to solo travelers and families.


Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian buffet is available in the lounge at an additional minimum cost.

Separate restrooms for men and women, exclusive spaces for showering and changing and separate luggage racks are some of the other facilities.
