Raffertie explains why he wanted to release a tune in this new interactive format:

'Ninja Jamm is excellent. It allows musicians, and non-musicians, to engage with music in a familiar but totally unique way. By allowing access to a tracks constituent parts the user is given both an insight into the makeup of those sounds and the ability to augment their listening experience in a really personal way.

Playing with my tune pack for 'Build Me Up' has been a lot fun, and it's given me some ideas for new material. Everything about the app is very intuitive and inviting, as a user you want to play with it more and more. There are lots of music apps out there on the market but none of them are like Ninja Jamm. None of them allow you access into the music like Ninja Jamm does, so in that respect, it's very unique.'
