Inside the factory, the synthetic leather production lines operate continuously within a closed and carefully controlled system. The primary materials include microfiber, high-grade polymers, and specialized synthetic coatings, all blended together in large mixing tanks. This mixture is then fed into a sheet-pressing machine to form layers with uniform thickness before being transferred to the embossing section. Here, 3D stamping molds are engineered to accurately replicate the texture, grain, and natural patterns of real lion skin.

Next, the sheets are moved into a digital dyeing chamber, where golden-brown tones and subtle gradient effects are recreated using high-pressure pigment spraying technology. After dyeing, the material is coated with a protective layer that enhances durability, increases scratch resistance, and provides water-repellent properties. At the end of the production line, the synthetic leather is cut, manually inspected, and then rolled for delivery to departments responsible for producing bags, wallets, and interior goods.
