The overall production process of MAISHI security screen is as follows:
Material Preparation → Mesh Weaving → Mesh Inspection → Mesh Washing → Mesh Flattening → Cutting → Coating → Packing → Loading.

Material Preparation:
When the material arrives, the first step is to check and test the material to ensure correct material will be used. Then, the spool wire is put into the loom to weave the mesh.

Mesh Inspection:
After weaving the mesh, MAISHI will test the wire diameter and hole size need to ensure the correct mesh sizes are woven. Also mesh surface need to be checked to ensure no defects.

Mesh Washing:
The purpose of washing the mesh is to ensure that there is no dust or dirt on the surface of the mesh before powder coating, so in this way to ensure the powder could attach to the mesh surface tightly.

Mesh Flattening:
Before cutting, mesh need to be flattened first.

Mesh cutting:
Mesh should be cut along with one wire. So it requires the mesh hole size should be the same, and wire woven should be straight. Otherwise, when cutting the mesh, the diagonal may be different.

Mesh Coating:
Before coating, it is very important to ensure the surface of the mesh is clean and no dirt. Then the mesh will be hang up and put into the oven where the temperature should be around 200 degree. This temperature is good for powder melting and attachment.

Mesh Packing:
The mesh surface beauty is very important. Any scratch on the mesh is unqualified. So when moving the mesh, MAISHI workers carefully lift the mesh and separated each piece of the safety mesh with waterproof paper. And the mesh should not touch the poly-wood crate directly. A layer of waterproof paper at the bottom of the crate is needed.

Mesh Loading:
To ensure the crate could be moved by the forklift, there need to be at least 8cm leg for the poly-wood crate.
