I had fun with this one so I decided to record it. I decided too go with a link attack, off-turn, and 3 sword team to boot.

The idea was to get into Weiss's Burst before the bosses gauge could get over 50% and the debuffs would not be applied. It also helps keep my gauge closer to the bosses. As you approach the boss Force time, dispel the buff with Seymour LDCA. You mean need to time your gauge in order to not waste the Aerith friend. Bring her in for Machina (get his BT effect before the swap). With Aerith, Healing Wind once then Seal Evil, follow with Weiss FR, use her to echo and BT+. Finish however you'd like.
