Join me and my friend Scruffy on our July trip to RMNR in Riverton Wyoming . I left on the 5th after the parade fun. This section is the beginning and arrival.
This is my first pack and ride to a rendezvous and a real dream come true. Of course this will be a multi part series mixing 2 of my loves in life! Mountain man rendezvous re-enacting and riding my Softail long distance.
Seeing vistas and friends and traveling to places I have never seen. Epic trip starting from Crested Butte co. to Collbran, Co. to Riverton, Wy , Cody ..... and back for a 2 week trip all together. 1,700 miles total.

We planed a few days in the middle to ride north to Cody visited the Museum then ride Dead Indian pass back to Cody, Grey Bull and stayed in Thermopolis before heading back to camp for the last few days of RMNR.Highland Games and Closing ceremonies .

Last leg we traveled to Pinedale Wy. and checked out the Fur trade/mountain man museum before heading south to Fort Bridger for the night. The next morning we hit the Fort then headed home.

I Loved every moment and memory and can't wait to share this epic trip with you.
