Peter Switzer insists they must have a high dividend yield.

But Roger Montgomery warns against investing solely for a high dividend yield. Telstra and Qantas are just two examples. Over time, the share prices of great businesses that retain profits at high rates of ROE generally increase. If you need income, sell a few shares.

So what companies make it into the Switzer Montgomery portfolio?
