Café quality cold drinks are officially on the menu on our newer machines, just make sure to check your software to ensure you have the newest available versions. Craft this creamy and delicious twist on the classic Iced Latte with our easy-to-follow guide:

1. Ensure the bean hopper is full of fresh coffee beans to maximise flavour potential.
2. Select the “Latte Shakerato” option on your machine menu to view the recipe card.
3. Grind your beans and brew a double shot of espresso into your Sage Cocktail Shaker (alternatively you can use a glass and then transfer your brewed coffee to your chosen shaker).
4. Fill your cocktail shaker ¾ full with ice.
5. Add 80ml of milk, 10ml of sugar syrup and a pinch of salt.
6. Shake well, serve and enjoy!
