Video 1/3 showing OK Armorer upgrade from Baja Designs S2 Reverse Light Kit for an OEM rear bumper to Squadron lights in an AEV steel bumper!
Includes “how-to” for new BD wiring harness and switch without factory up-fitter switches on the 5th Gen Ram 2500.

Originally thought it would be a straight plug-in with the old 2-pin wiring setup for the S2’s, but they wouldn’t not stay on after the immediate flash when in reverse.
The Squadrons draw more power and need to be run from the battery with the supplied harness plus some extras.

Wasn’t sure (4) 10’ 2-pin extensions would work wired up as (2) 20’ extensions from the original harness, because that’s what’s needed for a crew cab 3/4 ton truck. Worked great!

Much happier with this set up, as now I can turn on my rear lights whenever I need them vs only when in reverse.
