Construction Progress – June 2025: Detailed Overview

1. Site Planning, Foundation Grid Layout, and Excavation for Beam Connections
– General site planning has been completed across all active blocks.
– Foundation and beam positions have been marked using a total station, fully aligned with structural drawings.
– Excavation work in priority zones is complete, with depth and trench wall stability meeting all project specifications.

2. Rebar Preparation
– Rebar cutting and bending is carried out on-site under engineer supervision, strictly following design requirements.
– Prepared rebar elements are labeled, stored under cover, and delivered to the assembly zones in batches. All reinforcement meets SNI and ASTM standards.

3. Installation of Rebar for Foundations and Beam Connections
– Rebar cages have been assembled and installed on schedule.
– Quality checks were conducted before concrete pouring.

4. Brickwork and Wall Formwork Installation
– Brickwork has begun in areas designated for internal walls and MEP partitions, according to approved working drawings.
– Formwork has been installed for embedded and intersecting wall sections.

5. Column Reinforcement
– Column reinforcement has been installed at multiple grid nodes.
– Stirrup placement, overlap lengths, and starter bar extensions have been executed according to structural codes.

6. Column Formwork and Vertical Alignment Check
– Column formwork, made of plywood and steel, has been assembled and aligned using a laser level.
– The vertical alignment of each column is verified after formwork setup and concrete pouring using a laser level and plumb bob.
