Heat Mustard oil. Add Tiger prawns (mixed with salt and turmeric),add chopped onion and tomato and fry well. Cover it with a lid,simmer the flame,and wait for two mins.
Then add red chilli powder,salt,turmeric (optional), and sugar to taste. Mix well.
Add water,and green chilles. Mix well. Add a spoonful of mustard oil,and cover it for about 5 mins.
With high flame,mix it well,to have a thick consistency.
Add grated coconut ,if you like it.
