➡️ Steps :-
1. Soak one cup Chickpeas overnight
2. In a pressure add soaked chickpeas, 1 Bay leaf, 8 Peppercorn, 2 Cardamom, 1 inch Cinnamon stick, 1 tsp Salt
3. Add 1½ cup water and pressure cook until 6 whistles
4. Heat mustard oil in kadhai
5. Splutter 1 tsp cumin seeds , add pinch of Heeng
6. Add 3 medium size chopped Onion and fry until golden in colour
7. Add 2 chopped green Chilli and 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste. Fry for 2 min
8. Add 2 chopped tomato and ½ tsp Salt. Cook until tomato softens
9. Add ½ tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Red chilli powder, ½ tsp Coriander powder, 1 tsp Cumin powder, ½ tsp Garam masala, ½ tsp Chole Masala. Mix and Fry for 2 min
10. Add Chole and water from pressure cooker and give it a nice mix
11. Add ½ tsp Black Salt, ½ tsp Chaat masala, ½ cup water. Mix well
12. Cover the lid and simmer for 7-8 min
13. Serve with jeera rice. Enjoy!!😋
