Last week on Stoked on Fishing, our crew gathered at the stunning Hotel Coral, perfectly situated on the oceanfront in Ensenada, Mexico. With half of our team arriving by boat and the other half picked up right at our doorstep by the hotel, it made the start of our trip completely stress-free. Once we settled in, it was all about checking into the resort, unwinding, and having some fun before the big two-day Baja Bluefin Tournament kicked off over the weekend.

Today, on Stoked on Fishing, we're in the final days of the tournament. We'll dive into a how-to on kite fishing for tuna, head over to the final weigh-ins, and then explore what the wineries in Ensenada have to offer. The action starts early, with a 3:30 a.m. wake-up call and a 5:00 a.m. shotgun start. Our mission: land the biggest Bluefin Tuna we can and get it weighed in before 4:00 p.m.
