Cylinder & Slide, Inc. Light Pull Sear Spring for 1911 Pistol: A Test and Review

Just a quick comparison between a stock sear spring and the Cylinder & Slide, Inc. light pull sear spring in a M1911A1 style pistol from Rock Island Armory.

It is advertised as reducing trigger weight by approximately 1.5#. Testing seems to show that to be true, and then some. The product is definitely very effective at what it claims to do, potentially even too effective depending on what your goals are. It took this well broken-in RIA 1911 from 4# to 2# with no other parts changes or modifications.
