Outre has done it again! And with a bang! NEESHA is now featured as a half wig! They know what they doing!! Early XMAS!!! LOL! I was very happy to see Outre bring a goodie to the table once again! I haven't even recovered from the Converti-Caps and here they come with a left hook-right hook-NEESHA shook move on us! She also gives off Neesha 202 and 205 vibes all day! Minus Da Lace!!
