Poured and finished this concrete pool deck

In this video, we take you through the process of forming and pouring a 4500 PSI ready mix concrete pool deck. Watch as we expertly float and trowel the concrete to achieve a smooth surface before giving it a fine broom finish for the perfect balance of texture and aesthetics. We also demonstrate setting and removing the polystyrene Mortex Styrofoam cantilever forms, a key step in creating those clean, modern edges around the pool.

Although we don’t cover it in this video, the final step involved adding a textured spray and painting the pool deck for a beautiful, durable finish. Stay tuned for more on that in future videos!
