PotomacBeads is excited to introduce the Phoebe Earrings! These earrings are so much fun with their tassels and the Potomac crystals add an alluring shimmer. You'll love the way they sway when you wear them.

Thread four pink seed beads together and go through the first bead to form a tight loop. This will be the center of your project. Pick up four black seed beads and pass through the next pink bead, this should pull the black beads so they're sitting beside each other in pairs of two. Pick up another four black beads and sew through the next pink bead. Continue with the remaining two center beads.

Continue with the herringbone stitch by picking up two seed beads at a time to add above the top black seed beads. Add two pink seed beads in between each section to embellish. Continue around the thread path to add more seed beads and elongate the herringbone pieces.

Watch the Phoebe Earrings tutorial with Anna to see how she embellishes in between the herringbone sections and connect them. Add the tassels to the bottom.

If you're new to beading, the Phoebe Earrings are a great project to start with. They only require a few supplies, and you can easily customize them to your own taste. The Phoebe Earrings make a great gift, too. Whether you're giving them to a friend or keeping them for yourself, they're sure to be cherished.
