In this video, I replaced my leaking bathroom faucet. It was dripping (not a slow drip, either) from the plastic quick-connect manifold between the hot and cold. Unfortunately, I don't recall the brand/model, or I'd list it here. Hopefully, you still find value in it.

The disassembly of the old faucet is 0:00 through 5:21.
The installation of the new faucet starts at 5:21 and runs to the end of the video.

I've done my fair share of plumbing projects, but I gotta say, I'm not a fan of the all-plastic, quick-connect type of fixture when it comes to plumbing. This faucet is only a few years old. it's a shame that a $100+ faucet doesn't last.
