The Fish Files: Ropefish, Reedfish or Snakefish. Complete care & info guide!

It's been a while, but I've finally made time for a Fish Files on the oddball fish: the Reedfish.

These fish are great for the medium to large community fish tank, as long as you give them places to hide using aquatic plants, rocks and wood. Just make sure they can't get out!

The fish tank our Ropefish live in is 8ft and holds around 1000 litres, it's planted with a mixture of mostly Anubias and Vallisneria species. This aquarium is lit by two Kessil LED lights and one Tropical Marine Centre reef photon. It's filtered by two Fluval FX6s which do such a great job.
