my first week with carriere motion appliance!

Vlog #289! So I may have lowkey been smiling without teeth for the past 3 weeks 🙂 Also wearing rubber bands 22 hours a day is harder than it look when you snack constantly, drink many drinks, & eat as slowly as I do (my friends can vouch). I get to see what it feels like on the flip side of what my fiancé & my friends do daily in clinic 🦷 Hope you enjoyed week 1 of having my carriere motion appliance. Thanks for watching!
