Freeze Prevention PSA

Описание к видео Freeze Prevention PSA

Several water service lines have been freezing in your area. The water service line runs from the City-owned water main to inside a home or business and is the responsibility of the property owner.
If you have a history of your service line freezing, or are experiencing a sudden loss of water pressure, it is recommended that you start a trickle of water running.
Past experience has shown that running a constant stream of water about the width of a pencil is effective to prevent freezing. This minimal trickle of water will cost you approximately a dollar a day. In contrast, the cost of thawing a service line can be very expensive.
If you have any questions, or if you think you may have incurred a "frozen service", please contact your water supplier.
