CS1 runs from the City to Tottenham. This video shows the full route. A bit of background, my name is Matt Geer and I suffer from Schizoaffective disorder, a condition characterised by symptoms of Schizophrenia and Bipolar disorder. However, cycling has helped me fight through depression and voices as well as helping me gain more confidence in dealing with voices in public. I would encourage everyone to get on their bike, it's a great way to deal with stress, relax and have fun!

I was riding an Orbea Avant H60 Road Bike with Schimano Claris gears and drop handlebars
