In 2006, at the age of 90, George Nissen (inventor of the modern trampoline) and his son-in-law Ron Munn, attended the European Trampoline Championships, held in Metz, France.

They enjoyed meeting many old friends and the opportunity to bounce on the trampolines that were used in the competition.
