Logan Marshall-Green is a well-known American actor, who was born in a family of drama teachers and so, acting gradually became his passion. Even though he started acting at the stage with minor roles at a quite young age, he never thought it would ever become his professional career. He was also interested in baseball a lot and was thinking of pursuing a career in sports.
He started as a stage actor and later debuted on a big screen with the first role in a TV series Band of Brothers. After that, he was featured in Law & Order in 2003, 24, Alchemy and others. However, none of these movies brought him worldwide fame. It happened in 2012, due to a role in a film Prometheus that turned out to be a real breakthrough for Green. After that, he was piled with offers from different producers and so, he acted in such hits as Spider-Man, Upgrade, Sand Castle, etc.
Logan’s mother, Lowry Marshall was working at the Brown University as an artistic director. She divorced Russell and remarried Alex Daunis.
The father, Russell Green was in the entertainment business too and directed multiple plays. Additionally to that he was a playwright and an actor. During all his life, he was married four times with Lowry being his third spouse. From all four marriages he had twelve children. He passed away in 2010, aged 86.
The actor has a fraternal twin brother, Taylor who is his only blood sibling. Unlike his famous brother, Taylor lives off the spotlight and cameras unless he is seen with Logan. He had been married to a writer Eva Nagorski for seven years during which they produced a kid. In 2018, he remarried Natalie Hirsch.
Due to father’s four marriages, the movie star has quite a few siblings.
Patricia is a half-sister from a father’s first marriage to Patricia Fitch. It is only known that she is a mother to three kids.
Judith is the second half-sister from the first marriage.
In a second marriage with Jacquelyn Moore, Russell had five more children.
Russell Frederick became the couple’s first kid and a half-brother to an actor.
December Aletha is another half-sister, who works as a doctor.
Forrest Whittier is a half-brother, who lives in Texas. He is also married and raises two children.
Blair Dobson is a half-brother to Logan. He is a firefighter by profession, living in South Carolina and is a father to five kids.
Finally, Jennifer who is a doctor. She is also married and brings up 2 children.
The third marriage to Peggy O’Dell made Russell a step-dad to three daughters.
Elizabeth lives in South Carolina and nothing else is known about her.
Bridgette is the second step-sister, who also lives in South Carolina.
Joann is the third step-sister who is married and has a daughter.
In 2012, Logan married Diane Marshall-Green who is an actress by profession. Apart from acting, she has a company called LocaBella Productions, where she works as a producer.
The couple raises two children. Culla Mae is a step-daughter who was born to Diane and late actor Johnny Lewis in 2010. Logan adopted Culla and now they are all living as one happy family.
In 2014, the family welcomed their son Tennessee into this world. He is the couple’s first biological child.
