He completed his medical education at Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College, Pune, followed by a residency in General Surgery at NIMS Hospital, Jaipur, and senior residency at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, New Delhi. He entered the rigorous M.Ch residency program at the prestigious S.M.S medical college, Jaipur, a tertiary care centre where he honed his skills in plastic surgery

After completing 3 yrs in the residency program he went on to do an international Aesthetic surgery fellowship accredited by ISAPS, the premier aesthetic society in the world. Dr Kushal Monga has the experience of working in the best centres across India which includes Medanta - The medicity, Gurugram and Sir Gangaram Hospital. Afterwards he started his own practice and launched his own private clinic in Janakpuri, New Delhi.
