Elisante is an award winning social entrepreneur and consultant who works to ensure the growth of up-and-coming social enterprises. With 8 years of experience volunteering as the Executive Director for Builders of the Future Africa, he shares insights about what it is like to work for free, the impact volunteering has had on his life and the lives of people around him, and the importance of being committed to a larger vision. As a young visionary leader, Elisante Ephraim serves as the Executive Director of Builders Of Future Africa, which he began in September 2014, and formerly served as a President of the BHA (Children’s support foundation) in the year of 2016/2017. He is the head of finance at the PLO Lumumba Foundation Tanzania and is a CSO consultant.

He also served as CEO & Director General at Africamoja Youth Society, which he assumed early January 2019. Before his appointment, Elisante was Director-General, leading all Africamoja activities in Tanzania.
