I explain how the new Monroe doctrine in Hearts of Iron 4 completely ruined the United States foreign policy in the game, plus bonus skit. The run was done with Trial of Allegiance / v1.14.

This campaign is primarily about fast justifications and the Monroe Doctrine mechanic in version 1.14, although we of course also cap the Allies rather quickly. I hope you enjoyed the little spy comic at the start. It was great fun making it, but if it's not your cup of tea:
