LOW FODMAP DIET CHANGED MY LIFE!
So follow me during a normal work day and see what I eat!
Starting with hot lemon water= 1/2 lemon and hot water
Breakfast= gluten free(vegan for other reasons) toast, sunflower seed butter and blue berries
Coffee= Bird Rock coffee pour over and Milkadamia unsweetened vanilla coffee creamer(the sweetened vanilla is so much better though!)
Snack= cucumber slices
WATER WATER WATER (vitamin C powder with no sugar alcohols)
Lunch= sweet potato, broccolini(I do better with broccolini then broccoli) and edamame. I didn't add anything to them, it honestly all tasted so good as is!
Snack= nuts(No cashews or pistachios)
Dinner= sushi! Just rice and salmon and a veggie roll without the veggies that bother me and a little gluten free soy sauce.
Ginger spritzer= 1 can sparkling water ginger flavor, 1/2 lemon/lime, mint and 1tbs apple cider vinegar
Ginger "Tea"= grated ginger(soooo simple) and hot water. I usually also add turmeric root and pepper oil
Dessert= ChocZero chocolate YUM!

My story- I was still feeling terrible even after cutting the foods I thought were the problems. I felt lost, confused and frustrated. Then I found the low fodmap diet and in a matter of seconds it all made sense! It was why even "healthy" foods were making me sick. Like- garlic, apples, stone fruit, beans, watermelon and Brussel sprouts and/or why sometimes I'd feel awful after eating guac(TOO much avocado) and sometimes(if I didn't over eat) I would feel fine. Now I know what to eat and not eat and I try to follow as best I can!
