This is a guitar cover of Disturbed’s version of the Paul Simon song “Sound of Silence.”

It’s a totally different arrangement from Simon & Garfunkel’s original recording released by Disturbed a heavy metal band at the end of 2015.
The singer has a very powerful voice which I tried to emulate on the guitar with the distortion pedal in the later part of the song.

Disturbed’s version took some getting used to I didn’t like it at first but after a few listens it grew on me enough to make this recording.
