How to Respond to Narcissistic Hoovering // Narcissistic hoovering is an emotional manipulation tactic used by people who land on the spectrum of destructive narcissism. Fundamentally, narcissistic hoovering tactics are how empathy-impaired narcissistic people attempt to suck us back into their toxic abuse cycle.

In this video, I explain narcissistic hoovering techniques and classic narcissistic hoovering examples. More importantly, I discuss how to best respond to narcissistic hoovering, in particular, narcissistic hoovering after the discard, narcissistic hoovering after no contact, narcissistic hoovering after the silent treatment, as well as narcissistic hoovering after years of silence, separation, and distance.

By the end of this video, you will be far more empowered to remain unaffected and bulletproof when confronted with this destructive and manipulative ploy, as opposed to merely surviving narcissistic hoovering.
