Mr. Chase appeared in Judge Manning's courtroom one day in December 2022 for a bond hearing....It was an interesting story, but most of us just glossed over it. Except on faithful viewer, who sleuthed the crap out of it and uncovered a crazy, politically charged mess of cases in Nashville that had this defendant making headlines for years. I joined the research bus and now we are brining you the current case in Fulton and the info on the prior cases in Nashville so you can decide for yourself, if privilege and money can buy you immunity...because it seemed like Mr. Chase could get away with anything, until he got to Fulton County!
