Ammo Brass Cartridge Sorter. (Case, Bullet, Reload, Sorter)
One of the best features of this sorter is that it is a "walk away" type sorter. The hopper holds ~11.4 gallons, so once you fill up the hopper, you can walk away and let it sort. No need to baby sit the operation.

Sorter Information
It sorts by diameter, so it is not pistol or rifle specific.

The key features of this machine are:
• Fully adjustable sorting rate, accuracy, and caliber separation
• 78” precision machined and polished sorting rollers
• Fully adjustable rollers that can be adjusted to achieve the desired sorting “resolution” and caliber separation
• Open ended rollers that allow all larger sized brass (larger than the last sorting bin) to drop into the last bin/bucket
• Open rollers that allow you to manually place brass on the rollers
• Adjustable roller speed control
• Adjustable hopper feed rate
• 11.5 gallon hopper with adjustable feeder door
• Vacuum attachment to collect fine dust particles
• Adjustable feeding bins, position, machine side
• 2 feeder bin sizes to allow different sorting setups, and to fine tune the caliber feeding, by diameter
• Adjustable feeder bin drop guides to fine tune case bin feeding
• Feeds conventional 5 gallon buckets
• Attached feeder hopper, option for detached hopper on it's own movable frame
• Propriety feeder ramp design that prevents case jamming and aids in the collection of dirt
• Heavy duty metal frame construction
• Mounted on lockable swivel casters and fully movable
• Industrial strength DC motor, motor control, vibrator, and controller
• Controls can be mounted on either side of the machine and hopper
• 5 gallon bucket vacuum attached to the machine and tuned to not impede the flow of the brass
• Bucket Stands to reduce the distance the brass drops and prevent brass from missing the buckets
