Chef Tom Colicchio helped design the Made In Fishing Knife Set and took us on his boat to capture a hook-to-fork local cooking experience. On his Regulator, we caught Blue Fish off the coast of the North Fork and then pan-seared the fish with butter and herbs and also made a ceviche.
