In this episode of Product of the Week, Robin takes a look at the OSD62-PM-BRK from Octavo Systems – a breakout board built around the OSD62-PM System in Package (SiP).

This tiny 9x4 mm package integrates a Texas Instruments AM62 CPU, DDR4 memory, passives, and a GPU with OpenGL support, along with a wide range of I/O including Ethernet, USB, CAN, I2C, SPI, and more. The OSD62XPM SiP makes development easier by combining CPU, memory, and passives into a single compact design.
