‘BJP feeds off hatred, Congress trying to feed people’: Bengaluru North candidate Rajeev Gowda

Rajeev Gowda, the Congress party’s candidate from Bengaluru North Lok Sabha seat, in an exclusive interview with ThePrint Editor-in-Chief Shekhar Gupta and Associate editor Sharan Poovanna says Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a spectacular opportunity to help the country grow but he ‘blew it’. Gowda adds that though India is the fastest growing economy, inequalities are growing and the government still has to provide free food grain to over 83 crore people.
